By registering for an account, you enter into a legally binding agreement: to use our services, you must register and open an account with us. By opening an account with VUHAVA (www.vuhava.com) you will enter into a legally binding agreement with us which incorporates the terms and conditions, the rules for each of the products and services we offer, and all terms and conditions applicable to the use of their software.

You may only open one (1) account: You may only create one (1) account with us. If we discover that you have opened more than one account, we will have certain rights, including the right to close your account(s), void any winnings and retain the positive balance in your duplicate account(s).

We need to carry out verification checks before you can do certain things: we will need to carry out our verification checks before allowing you to do certain things in relation to your account, including withdrawing winnings from your account.

We will not tolerate fraudulent activity, cheating or any other "prohibited activity": if you do any of these things, we will have certain rights against you, such as the suspension or closure of your account. You may also be liable to indemnify us if we suffer losses as a result of your actions.

In certain circumstances, our liability to you is limited or excluded: when playing with us, it is important that you understand what we are responsible for, when the limits of our liability will apply (and what those limits are) and what we are not responsible.
